    Ann built a strong foundation in finance through various roles, including Trust Officer at Seattle First National Bank and Director of Financial Services for the Totem Girl Scout Council.  With decades of experience, Ann offers deep expertise in senior-focused services, such as bookkeeping, estate administration, fiduciary support, legal and financial document organization, and client advocacy.  

    Ivonne’s financial career began in college as a bank teller, eventually leading to a range of roles in the banking industry, including auditing and human resources. In addition, she has  supported her community as a bookkeeper for several volunteer organizations. Ivonne is also a senior fitness instructor, a role that enhances her ability to connect with and support others.  Her unique blend of skills allows Ivonne to serve PBSI clients with exceptional care and expertise. 

 Nora holds degrees in business and law and brings a diverse background with experience as a paralegal, attorney, and assistant urban planner. With a strong passion for genealogical research, she excels in thorough analysis and precision. Nora’s exceptional attention to detail, especially in the written word, is  highly valued at PBSI.  

     Sherry brings experience across multiple industries and a strong background in bookkeeping, marketing, and client services. She is known for her attention to detail and commitment to building trusted relationships, providing the kind of thoughtful, personalized support that reflects PBSI’s mission.
